uniView Technologies’ Subsidiaries Report Strong Revenues; Independent Audit Complete
DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aug. 31, 1998–uniView Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:UVEW) has disclosed newly tabulated financials in an independent audit that validates the consolidated 1997 revenue for Network America Inc. and CompuNet Support Systems Inc. (CSSI), two of uniView’s newly acquired companies.
These companies have combined revenues of more than $18 million. uniView acquired these companies as part of its mission to deliver end-to-end solutions in a variety of enterprise and consumer environments. Each company brings an established customer base in addition to extensive capabilities in system integration, technical support and network consulting. The detailed financials have been submitted in an 8K/A filing, which also reflects that the companies recorded more than $2 million in gross profits in 1997.
