Reebok International Ltd. (NYSE:RBK) and Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation (OTCBB:CCBC) (TSX:CLV) announce the launch of “Get Fit to Win”, an exciting new nationwide instant-win consumer sweepstakes giveaway. The new “Get Fit to Win” promotion offers consumers the chance to win one of three million prizes including a spa vacation for two at the Wyndham Bonaventure Resort & Spa located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, one-year membership at 24 Hour Fitness and numerous Reebok sport and fitness items.

Kicking off this month, three million specially marked Reebok fitness water beverage bottles in both the 24 oz single serve and 20 oz 4-pack packages will begin appearing in convenience and grocery stores across the United States. The Reebok logo and “Get Fit to Win” will be printed on the top of each bright blue cap and contain an instant win prize printed under the cap.

The Get Fit to Win program will be supported by in-store point-of-sale including posters and static clings. The static cling includes tear off coupons for an extra 15% off at Reebok outlet stores. The promotion, running from September through December 31, 2002, or while specially marked product lasts, will give consumers the chance to instantly win one of eight different prizes. No purchase required.

— One 5 day/4 night trip for two to Ft. Lauderdale, FL., including round-trip, coach airfare for two from major airport nearest to winner’s home; double-occupancy accommodation at the Wyndham Bonaventure Resort & Spa; one 50-minute spa treatment for two; and Reebok footwear and apparel for two.

— Two one-year health club membership passes at any participating 24 Hour Fitness; Reebok footwear and fitness water T-shirt.
