Suite Grows to Meet Issuers’ New Product Needs
Incurrent Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of Internet-based account acquisition and Cardmember Relationship Management(TM) (CRM) solutions for the payment card industry, announced today that it has successfully developed and delivered smart card and business card versions of its industry leading CardSite(R) solution.
As part of the recent launch of the Visa(R) chip card product by three major US issuers, Incurrent has developed and deployed Internet-based cardmember service solutions for use by two of these three issuers. Available to both consumer and business card platforms, CardSite SmartCard has been developed to support the Gem-Plus(R) smart card formats and allow for automatic on-line authentication at the issuer’s card site. Additional expanded enhancements designed to comply with the Visa smart card standards are planned for delivery in 2001.
Incurrent has developed and deployed CardSite BusinessCard, a solution designed to provide business card issuers with the ability to deliver e-services to corporate clients and their affiliated cardmembers. CardSite Business Card utilizes the Internet and wireless channels to support the unique “control/sub-account” relationship and administration associated with business card products.
Major features of CardSite BusinessCard include:

— Credit line management for employees
— E-mail alerts sent to “control account holder” notifying them of individual
employee account conditions and events
— E-mail delivery of corporate reporting
