Hilton Hotels Corporation announced today the opening of the 122-room Hilton Garden Inn(R) Orlando East/UCF, in Orlando, Fla., representing another addition to its growing roster of more than 90 Hilton Garden Inn(R) hotels across North America.
The newly constructed Hilton Garden Inn(R) Orlando East/UCF is owned and operated by Avista Properties VII, Inc., under a license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation.
