SUNNYVALE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–April 21, 2000

FTM (“Feed the Monster”) Media, Inc. (OTCBB:FTMM) and KITS-FM, a San Francisco alternative rock station, took home the International Web Page Award’s distinction of Best of Entertainment Category (Radio) from the gala awards event staged here last evening.

The award, as judged by some of the Internet industry’s leading designers and programmers, recognizes the creative excellence of the station’s site among the thousands available to Web cruisers.

FTM Media created, implemented and maintains the Web site for San Francisco’s LIVE 105 — www.live105.com. The site was launched in August 1999, well before the awards deadline of Nov. 30, 1999.

“Our entire business plan and model are founded on the belief that in order to satisfy today’s savvy Web users, as well as extend major-market stations’ brands successfully to the Internet,” said David A. Kendrick, FTM’s president and chief operating officer, “we have to create and sustain compelling, cutting-edge content.

“Our stations, and their site visitors, have been excited by the work we’ve done. We’re honored that our peers are, too.”

The LIVE 105 site also was honored with a Creative Excellence Award by the IWPA as was Los Angeles-based KROQ-FM (www.kroq.com), another Feed the Monster radio station site. FTM’s two entries were among a total of 600 sites nominated for this year’s awards.

In addition to KITS and KROQ, Feed the Monster designed, launched and maintains sites for www.wbcn.com (WBCN, Boston) and www.B96.com (WBBM, Chicago), which also are Infinity Broadcasting (NYSE:INF)-owned alternative rock stations. “Our goal is to develop and build sites for the country’s most powerful radio stations in seven formats in the largest 25 U.S. markets,” Kendrick said.
