NEW YORK — Ultimate Acquisition Partners announced today that Cliff Freeman and Partners has been selected as creative agency of record for Ultimate Electronics, the national specialty consumer electronics and home entertainment retailer. The account was awarded after a recent review of several undisclosed agencies. Ultimate Electronics’ budget for a rebranding push launching this fall is estimated between 12 and 14 million dollars.

Operating as Ultimate Electronics and SoundTrack stores, the Thornton, Colorado-based retail chain is in the midst of a strategic realignment under the direction of Chairman and CEO, Mark Wattles and new President and COO Randall Baumberger.
