Chicago Bath, a leading showroom of high-end plumbing products on Chicago’s North Shore, embraces the Kallista designer collections to offer local and regional architects and designers, as well as design-conscious consumers, an array of luxurious options to furnish their bathrooms. Spanning 500 square feet of the showroom located in Highwood, Ill., the Kallista space celebrates its official opening today with a grand event, featuring high-profile guests and hors d’oeuvres by nationally renowned caterer Carlos.
Sparked by the cooperation with Kallista, Chicago Brass recently renamed the luxury plumbing part of the business Chicago Bath. “We are excited to be a premier Kallista showroom,” says C.J. Schnakenberg, president of Chicago Brass/Chicago Bath. “When we decided to expand our luxury plumbing offering and brought the Kallista designer collections on board, it called for a more descriptive name of the business.”
The Kallista designer product lines entail the Michael S Smith For Loft, For Town and For Country collections as well as the Barbara Barry Java, White Wood and Glamour collections. The Kallista space features complete vignettes of the company’s designer products, including sophisticated faucetry in numerous lustrous finishes.
“We are absolutely thrilled about the partnership with Chicago Bath. It allows us to cater directly to our customers in the crucial North Shore market,” says Rick Kilmer, general manager of Kallista. “We know that our products are in the best hands, the customer service Chicago Bath provides is outstanding. This will no doubt become a design mecca for architects and designers in the greater Chicago area and Southern Wisconsin.”
Open to the public, the showroom offers both trade professionals and consumers an exceptional combination of products and service. Celebrating 19 years as a service-oriented company, Chicago Bath differentiates itself with a team of highly trained, experienced sales consultants with expertise in design questions, product selection and installation advice. “We are proud to have such a knowledgeable staff to address our clientele’s needs,” says Schnakenberg.
