America’s Most Convenient Bankr Open for Business on Columbus Day

CHERRY HILL, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 6, 1999–

Commerce Bancorp Inc. (NYSE Symbol: CBH) announced today that all 113 of its branches serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey will be open for business as usual on Columbus Day, Monday, October 11.

The lobbies of all Commerce branch offices will be open on Oct. 11 with regular hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the Bank’s drive-through windows will be open as usual from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Providing the full range of banking services at all its branches on Columbus Day is in keeping with Commerce Bank’s “have it your way” philosophy of providing customers convenient access to do their banking whenever, wherever and in whatever way they choose. Commerce is open on various holidays throughout the year, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.

And, again this year, Commerce Bank will be open on Veterans Day, Thursday, November 11.

Commerce already offers the longest branch banking hours in the region, including weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
