After only one year of working for Compass Group North America, a leading contract food service company based in Charlotte, N.C., Director of Diversity Traci Dunn is making a name for herself not only in the company and industry, but also in the local community. Recently promoted from manager to director, Dunn is responsible for the strategy and implementation of diversity initiatives for Compass Group, including internal development, training, and outreach. In her new role, Dunn also handles client and employee relations for this $6 billion company with 116,000 associates throughout the US and Canada.

Ana Mollinedo, Vice President of Diversity, Communications & Community Affairs for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, is responsible for developing diversity initiatives and practices, and implementing strategies toward creating a more diverse and dynamic workforce throughout Starwood’s corporate offices and 750 hotels around the world.

Paula Hamm Senior Director, Product Management Enterprise Security Services Symantec Corporation

Paula Harem is the Senior Director of product management for Symantec’s Enterprise Security Services, directing a product management team that develops solution strategies and go-to market plans. Hamm is responsible for the strategic business planning, service definition, positioning, packaging, pricing and tools for sales processes.

Genyne Edwards Deputy Secretary Wisconsin Department of Tourism

Genyne Edwards celebrated her first anniversary since her appointment as Deputy Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Tourism in January, making her one of the few African Americans among the top ranks of state tourism departments. Since her appointment Edwards has been an effective advocate for increasing the role of cultural and urban tourism in the State’s promotions. A Milwaukee native, Edwards is a graduate of Purdue University and Marquette Law School.
