The producers of Artexpo New York present The Pavillon, a new art fair concept that will debut adjacent to Artexpo New York March 2-6, 2006, at the Jacob K. Javits Center.

The Pavillon at Artexpo New York will host more than 80 fine art galleries from around the world in an elegant, white-walled setting, marketing to established collectors in search of original paintings, sculpture, photography, glass, etchings, works on paper, and multiples.

“The Pavilion reaches an untapped art fair market,” says Eric Smith, vice-president of The Art Group. “It’s a new fair experience for galleries and collectors that exhibit and buy at a level between the exclusivity of the world’s top art fairs, and the popularity of Artexpo.”

Not only does The Pavilion provide exhibition opportunity for many of the world’s emerging and established galleries, but it offers a unique art buying opportunity for collectors in the New York Tri-State Area that otherwise who would be unable to visit such a range of international galleries in one weekend.
