New home shopping center includes display space for 75 artists – news
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ohio — A fledgling outlet center here is being transformed into a one-stop home fashion mall that will include a gallery housing more than 75 artists.
The former Jefferson Outlet Center was recently purchased by The Boyle Group of Berwyn, Pa. The company has renamed the mall HomeWorks at Jefferson and hopes to transform the property into a one-of-a-kind shopping center for the American home.
So far, Boyle has lured a 30,000-square-foot Sofa Express store, as well as stores that sell antiques, carpets and textiles.
Among the new tenants is The Borse at Jeffersonville, which, when it opens in the spring, will be home to more than 75 artisans, crafters and dealers in home-related products and services.
Each vendor will occupy a booth and can set up for a month or more for a minimal charge and a percentage of his or her gross. For more information, call the Boyle Group at 800-513-2650.
